Ida Kazumi

Takashis friends who acts like a cool biker. He became a magician and gained destruction magic. Kazumi Ida is one of Takeshis friends who is a wannabe biker so he pretends to be a bully around others. Soon after Takeshi was accidentally turned into a magician Kazumi was revealed that he is one also after he came on contact Hotarus magic. He has a distinct trait of talking with an Osaka dialect.
