Ho-Soon

Charlotte was engineered by a mad scientist to be a weapon in order to surpass the Enhanced Humans project. However after being put into a room and made to fight and feed on human and animals the thugs she was left with tried to have her kill Charlie a boy whom they tricked into thinking he was being offered a job but instead of killing him she took the form of a human child and became attached to him. She can switch from her humanoid form to her monstrous form at will. In her monstrous form she stands on four and is able to use tentacles that sprout from her body as a weapon. She is capable of changing part of her humanoid form such as her eyes arms skin into that which belonged to her monstrous form.
