Adored by those who know her personally Michiru is straightforward both in command in personally to her subordinates seldom mincing her words when speaking of serious matters. Battlehardened and extremely capable as a leader Isumi is the one who doesnt lose their cool in the worst situations giving some the impression that shes cold hearted. But shes a very caring and considerate person with a policy of intervention with regards to the members well being. If she notices a problem she will not hesitate to attempt to fix or help them. In contrast to her older sister Yayoi who is the type of person who can do anything without effort Michiru works extremely hard to be as good as her. Michiru is very conscious of the fact that she is always being compared to her sister which causes a tension between the two even though they love each other and sometimes they keep a distance.
