Takafumi is Tomoyo039s younger brother. Just when Tomoyo039s family is about to break apart Takafumi attempted suicide in hope of reconciling the family. After he is hospitalized Tomoyo039s family reunite again for the sake of their family. He enters the same school as Tomoya one year later. He plays as a secondary character in Clannad039s sequel Tomoyo After: It039s a Wonderful Life.
