I had never really heard about this manga before so I guess I really didnt know what to expect. I found it by browsing the library. Immediately I fell in love with the cover. The art style was so cute so I was already dragged in. Looking on the back I still didnt know how much I would enjoy the actual story but I still decided I would give it a chance since I absolutely love romance mangas. ?? ?? ?? ?? Story: 9/10 Starting off in the story the story did get pretty straight to the point I guess you could say. Some mangas tend to take a few chapters to really get into the actual moments of the story. With Honey So Sweet I wouldnt really consider it one of those. I loved the artwork a lot so I was motivated to see all of the different pages. Although I will not lie in the first and second volume I did find myself getting slightly bored at times. Maybe I just wasnt motivated enough to read it. I was considering dropping it but I decided to finish it since it was such a short series and I hate dropping mangas in general. After trying again I fell in love with the story and characters so much. Everything about it was so adorable. I am so so glad I picked it back up ?? ?? ?? ?? Art: 9/10 The art was amazing As I said before this was really the whole reason I picked up this manga I was so in love with the covers Flipping through the pages I was still attached to them already I love the design of the characters and I think that the artist did an amazing job with the design of all of the characters. They all have their unique styles and I loved getting to see the new characters while the story went along : ?? ?? ?? ?? Characters: 8/10 In Honey So Sweet there were about maybe seven main characters you could put it.. Obviously Nao and Tai were the actual main characters that the story was based on but the story does go more in depth to their friend group and Nao and Tais families. Each character was very unique and had their own personalities. I loved getting to meet everyone and see how they would handle everything. Personally I would say that my favorite character was Taiga Onise. He was so cute and I loved his personality so much. He was so kind and the way he treated Nao and all of his friends was so cute to read. I love the way that the author wrote him as well as all of the other characters : ?? ?? ?? ?? Enjoyment: 10/10 Like I said earlier there was a small moment I felt like dropping this manga but I am so grateful that I decided to keep trying. I always found myself getting very excited to get the next volumes to it. I enjoyed every second of reading it I always planned to read a chapter or two but I would always find myself ending up reading the entire volume in one sitting. Time went by so fast when I would read Honey So Sweet I loved it so much and Im so sad I got to the end ?? ?? ?? ?? Verdict: Personally I would definitely recommend this manga to anyone who loves a cute sweet wholesome manga I fell in love with the characters and watching how they grew throughout the story It was so cute anyone should read this ?? ?? ?? ?? Overall I loved this manga so so much. I will definitely come back to it whenever I find myself in the mood to reread a wholesome romance This manga would quickly come to my mind if someone was to ask for recommendations for sure
