SPOILERS BEWARE The sixth movie for Garden of Sinners was certainly nothing like the prequel however it did still have some appeal to it. This movie focuses on Azaka who is Toukos apprentice and trying to be a magus. This movie portrays that shes lost her memory of why she fell in love with her brother likely due to the fairies which are also present in this movie however I dont think this theory is quite correct. The answer isnt handed out to you like candy however there is enough hints to speculate and mine being the final scene of the movie before the credits. This final scene shows us a point of view from Azaka on why she adores her brother. A simple thing like that can be all one needs to fall in love. 800https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635602177833959439/981261954150719618/unknown.png Satsuki Kurogiri or Gods Word is the main villain in this movie. He is a magus who controls words as demonstrated in his fight with Shiki. Using his powers he was able to deceive Shikis eyes or did he? Did he die in the battle or simply deceive Shiki when he disappeared? I want to believe in the fact that he cant deceive the eyes that see nothingness however Shiki didnt land the final blow which leaves only two options either she let him live or she couldnt see him in the end. I am leaning slightly to the former. Satsuki also states that he was invited to the country by Araya Souren to restore the memories that Shiki lost to oblivion two years ago. Is this referring to the accident that put her in a coma? Remember that in the 5th movie its confirmed that Shiki and Araya have met before which was also two years ago so are all these events tied together because of this? The answer may become apparent in the following movies. 800https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635602177833959439/981262867779170324/unknown.png I did mention in my past reviews for this series that GoS has a stunning OST its no different here. Incredible BGM during the fight between Azaka and Ouji and simply outstanding visuals and art at their finest. The final battle was beautiful coming from a show which aired back in 2008 this animation was sublime and likely the best Ive seen from this series up to this point. 800https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635602177833959439/981263331312697434/unknown.png This then takes me to the final point the after credits scene was uhhh. I dont really have anything concrete to make out of this one yet however it showed Araya alive which means either of two things. That scene was before the 5th movie or Araya didnt die in that movie I am leaning towards the latter since we know chronologically speaking this movie should be the latest in the timeline so where does the post credit scene fit in amidst all of this? In the end this movie was pretty cool and I enjoyed Azakas character development here. 800https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635602177833959439/981264036958203964/unknown.png Lastly from about the first minute of this movie I couldnt look past the similarities between Azaka and Rin from Fate granted both are produced by ufotable however I just couldnt unsee Rin here at all which is not a bad thing of course. 1st Movie Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/16483 2nd Movie Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/16504 3rd Movie Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/16519 4th Movie Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/16587 5th Movie Review https://anilist.co/review/16925
