Im Back Watching and Making Reviews on Romance Animes Again Now the Twin Star Exorcists is a Solid Anime but Kinda expected Romance Scenes but I Personally loved the mix between the fight scenes and the development of our 2 lovers. How they developed their characters and made sure the plot was flowing nice was really well done. The plot itself got shakey at some points and made me a bit confused but I binged it all in just over a month because i wanted to pace myself a bit while watching instead of watching it all in 1 week lol. https://pm1.narvii.com/6571/b2f4f64450bf198ddaccd5d8c51769e582abf0bdhq.jpg Very Quick Run down: Theres this guy called Rokuro Enmadou and he is an exorcist who fights demons called kegare and he meets a girl called Benio Adashino and Rokuro went through some trauma when he was young and after when Benio was introduced fully into his life he got through the trauma and then later the head exorcist labeled those 2 as the Twin Star Exorcists that means that they will have a child and get married which that child will be the person who gets rid of all of the kegare and after that we pretty much follow those 2 fight kegare the entire show while also keeping up with the relationship between those 2 at the end of the show they kiss and confess there love in one of the coolest juxtaposed scenes ever and the scenery looks absolutely sick. https://i.pin.com/originals/83/13/34/83133410f83c07f86dd4593d5ea0f164.jpg The Characters in this story are one of the most developed out of most romance animes ive watched which is a good thing because if anyone had to sit there and watch an anime with 50 episodes where the 2 main characters only get good development it would be so boring to watch but the characters in this show reallyyyy carry this show alot characters like Yuuto and Seigen being pretty solid side characters even though you dont see Yuuto alot but he gets me really riled up which makes him pretty well written villian if it makes me do that. Rokuro: Rokuro at the start pre time skip was a pretty funny and likeable guy a lighthearted character with good intentions but some painful cringey moments aswell which is the type of stuff you see in a 14 year old anyway After the 2 year time skip Rokuro as a character was more chill with none of the painful moments from before the writers did a well better job at writing him after the time skip because he still keeps the same personality but he also relates to alot of people that are around his age so about that 1618 year old which I like about him. Benio: Benio pre time skip in my opinion was a lot better written and better as a person after the time skip because pre time skip she was a cold quiet person she was very dedicated to her goal of getting rid of all kegare and who also had good intentions and secretly really liked rokuro but didnt know how to express them. after the time skip she kinda dropped alot of her traits and became more scared as a person and a lot more flustered because of Rokuro also being around her but i still like her after the time skip because she does mature a lot more and cares a lot more about her friends and cares about Rokuro and makes him her number 1 priority. https://i.pin.com/originals/50/43/0e/50430ebb662dcf5fd17c24e13ef6644f.jpg The Plot of this story gets very shakey at some points and kinda disappoints me at the same time pre time skip was more about establishing the characters and learning about who the people are and building bonds between each other which was nice to watch and got me bingeing the show at first. after time skip the first arc the dragonspot arc was terrible in my opinion which pretty much is where they meet a kid called Sae and they seal dragonspots where kegare come into the real world from and thats it thats all in the end Sae dies ig but not really watch it yourself for details. The One thing Im so disappointed in this that Rokuro and Benio dont have the child that will get rid of all the kegare which that is the point of the show was those 2 will bring fourth the Miko and we never get to see those 2 have the Miko at all or them even get married at all which was another hugeeeeee theme in the story and all they do is kiss and talk about their future which was kinda boring in my opinion because everyone was sacrificing themselves for them 2 to have the Miko and it never happens which sucks and is kinda funny also. Another big thing was the fight scenes im not a the biggest action guy ever clearly cuz i only make romance anime reviews and only talk about romance anime but in my opinion the fight scenes got pretty boring real quick it consisted of one of the 12 guardians protecting them while they get whooped by OP kegare and this happens only after the time skip which is also funny to me and i personally believe there should of been more romance scenes because the chemistry between the 2 is really solidly written. https://i.yt.com/vi/vwVd7FU9fI/hqdefault.jpg Now the big reveal would i recommend this anime to you Yes and No because if your looking for quick love between 2 characters this isnt the show for you because when the romance between the 2 really goes into overdrive in the last 20 episodes which those episodes have some spicy scenes in it but also if your looking for a show that established its main characters and side characters in an almost perfect way Yes i do recommend this to you because the romance at the end makes it so much more better when you have built that connection through you and the character because how long you get to know these characters and what they have been through really shines in this anime. 7.5/10 pre good in my opinion finally i can go onto other animes cya later :
