well people say you wont ever be disappointed if you exactly know what to expect from an anime or game and etc when you are riding a car you dont expect it to fly and if you do then you are either a Knowledgeless man or a fool. there is old saying Do not cast pearls before swine and it is unbelivevably good to describe Spice And Wolf. If I say SW is best in its genre I told nothing but truth. The Story of anime is just like old books and novels one loveable romance story. the story is as it exactly should be story of anime is simply its 2 characters Holo and Lawrence Spice And Wolf. Story is Holo her behavior her emotions her words and every small reaction she has for every small event. Spice and wolf is realy a booklike anime it realy follows every rule that romance novels and books follow as well and the fact that anime is based on a light novel is the proof. Story is about an immortal wolf goddess named Holo the wise wolf of yoitsu who neither die or grow old and a simple human merchant named Kraft Lawrence. they have wonderful and unique relationship that you cant find anything like it anywhere. as they travel through a fantasy and beautiful world looks like europe 13th century they slowly fall in love with each other and the magical story that anime tells will hunt your soul for a while. Besdie The Story The two main character of anime are realy good and loveable specially Holo . She is indeed one the best or even THE best character ever made not olny in animes but in all games or movies and etc. I can spend Days to describe how good is she but the best way to find out is watching her for all day long in Spice and wolf. The Art of anime looks a little old nowadays but is much better than most of the animes Ive watched. The anime is realy good detailed and design is beautiful. you will probably remember most of the scenes for a long time. But still I think the best thing about SW is its music and voice actors. theme songs are simply perfect Im not a music and sound expert but as an audience I found it realy dulcet. Holos and Lawrences voice actors Ami Koshimizu and Jun Fukuyama done a wonderful job. I cant imagine better voices for Holo and Lawrence Literally I could feel love while Holo and Lawrence were talking to each other. Well long story short Spice and wolf is the best in genre. If you are looking for a romance booklike anime that show you the true meaning of real love you can not find anything better as long as you exactly know what to expect from it and know it true worth. f you are going to watch this anime I hope you enjoy it and I hope this reveiw would be useful. enjoy the anime and enjoy Holo you wont find anything like them anywhere else both of them are THE best.
