He is Maos dads adopted brother hence he is Maos uncle though they are not related by blood. His social appearance is one of a respectable serious men with suit and glasses but when he arrives home he likes to go around with his shirt open wild hair as well to drink smoke and teasing Mao. He met Mao under a cherry tree without knowing she was hes niece. Mao calls him Jinnii a term used for an older brother.
