The head of SampA Detective Agency. He is a private detective who was once a devoted cop and though his title may sound good hes actually a jackofalltrades in Lags Town. The whole city depends on his impressive and wideranging skills. He seldom drops by the office. Hes more of a rootless wanderer who spends every night in a different womans bed. Hes a man with a cool attitude toward everything who never shows his true face to anyone.
