A flying pirate who is tough on the exterior but very soft on the inside. When he was kidnapping kindergarten girls from a passenger ship he decided to kidnap all of them because he didnrsquot think itrsquod be nice for them to be separated from their friends. When Fio reprimanded him for dishonouring flying pirates he quickly bowed his head in shame. He doesnrsquot like Porco Rosso because Porco Rosso always gets in his way. However when Fio told him to stop bothering Porco Rosso he listened.
