Kyouka Izumi

Kyouka is an editor at Weekly Shounen Jump working with Rohan Kishibe. When she hears about the millionaire village where accepted residents suddenly become rich she decides to try to buy a property at the village. Rohan accompanies her to the millionaire village to get inspiration for his oneshot.
