The nephew of the GovernorGeneral he met Armelia eight years earlier to her arriving on the pirate boat. He was kidnapped by Doc the pirate Captain Scar eight years prior. He is currently the captain whom the crew mates address by Captain Scar as well. At first Armelia feels that Luce who she currently thinks is Scar is nothing like the Luce she knew but warms up to him when she realizes who he is.
