Hiruko is the nightmare inspector. He is a Baku which feeds on dreams. He will help you with a nightmare then in exchange for the help he can eat the dream. He was known as Chitose Kurosu before he became quotHirukoquot after Azusa Mizuki039s brother. During volume 2 it showed part of Hiruko039s past which is how he came to the Silver Star Tea House.
