Halogen Übler

Halogen bler is a lead research scientist and member of the Church of the Transfiguration. 50 years before the setting of the manga he underwent extensive cybernetic modification when he joined the ranks of the Inquisition. Since that time he has strongly strengthened his position within the Church of the Transfiguration and has become deeply involved in their human trafficking and black market activities in order to further the goals of the Inquisition. His activities have resulted in bler being targeted by an unnamed resistance/terrorist organization and a lone assassin in their pay only known to others as Digimortal all information was collected directly from the manga.
