Sumire Senou

Sumire is NOA039s secondincommand and Tensho Commander of the Heaven Division. Bored and lonely she brings Atsuma into NOA hoping to witness the miracle of which he speaks. She yearns for Utsuho but has been rejected by him. Sumire pursues Utsuho in order to stop him and gain his affection. She is infused with the power of the wind.
