Koushou Shinogi

The younger brother of Kureha he fights using a technique called cord cutting which involves cutting your opponents nerves so they can039t move. He does this because he was over shadowed by his older brother Kureha who always came to his rescue when they were children. Shinogi fought Baki in season 1 and was knocked out. In the Maximum Tournament he fights his brother in round 1 who gives up after seeing Shinogi039s resilience. In round 2 he fights Gouki Shibukawa and though he breaks Gouki039s fake eye he still loses. Source: wikipedia
