Tamaki Ishigaki

Tamaki begins the series as a broody and unsociable girl who wants to become a writer. She is persuaded to join the baseball team to add to her experience of people for her writing. Tamaki has some experience playing baseball she played when she was younger. The team members think she is cute when she blushes. Tamachan is her nickname which embarrasses her. She has a slight rivalry with Tomoe.
