Reno

Reno is a Turk fighter comrade/partner of Rude who uses an electric rod. Most often characterized as loud reckless and laidback Reno is assigned to lead the Turks after Tseng was injured at least in the movie which then indirectly shows his seniority despite his slacker appearance.
