Chiyochichi

Chiyos father first appears within a dream of Sakakis where he is given to her as a pet claiming to be both a cat and Chiyos father. In an episode not long after a stuffed doll in his likeness is given to Chiyo for her birthday. He continues making appearances at regular intervals throughout the series most often in Sakakis daydreams.
