The leader of Lagoon Company and captain of the exAmerican Navy PT boat Black Lagoon. He is a former American soldier who fought in the Vietnam War. He tends to stay away from the fighting associated with Lagoon Company039s activities. Instead he gives orders and negotiates contracts with clients usually Balalaika of Hotel Moscow.
