Aki Kidono

Aki is a cold sarcastic member of the literary club who lives alone in an apartment. Her attitude is largely a byproduct of her being bullied incessantly throughout middle school. Crying over her mistreatment only made the bullies worse so she started ignoring them and everyone else telling herself she was better than them and that they couldnt hurt her. Shes uneasy in group situations and reluctant to call anyone her friend but eventually accepts Ryoko and the other literary club members as such. She secretly harbors feelings for Utsume but is convinced they could never work out. Yomiko refers to her as the Glass Monster because shes sharp and cutting with other people but is actually fragile from being bullied for years and secretly craves love. Source: Wikipedia
