Soukyuu Tsuda

One of the members of a group of conspirators called The Miyoshi Three. He is one of the 36 Egoushuu merchants of the city of Sakai aside from wanting to get the Takoyaki monopoly from Imai he also wants to have his position as the head of the Egoushuu merchants.
