Ran Nikaidou

The chairman of Dankaisan039s student council and the only son of a police superintendent Ran was initially displeased at Akira039s pursuit of Mizuki. However he seems to have developed feelings for Mizuki and tries to hide it under the pretext of obtaining another quotprincessquot the first quotprincessquot being Akira. Unlike Rui he is less easily swayed by Akira. Mizuki calls him quotfoureyesquot because of his glasses.
