Rindou Kobayashi

She is a 90th Generation student of Tootsuki Culinary Academy and a 2nd seat of the Elite Ten Council. She has long flowing scarlet hair that reaches down to her shoulder blades with her bangs covering her left eye. She has a lot of catlike features having yellow eyes with vertically slitted pupils and pronounced catlike teeth. She is the tallest female Elite Ten Council member.
