Jouganki

Joganki is a highranking member of The Thirdrsquos council. Hersquos collected and counfident but not overly so. Joganki has a strong interest in Honoka and they seem to have some sort of history ndash but Honoka wants nothing to do with him. She grumbles and complains about his constant ldquointerferencerdquohellip yet Joganki still continues to keep a watchful eye on her from his lofty seat in Hyperius.
