Paragus

The father of Brolly when Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta Brolly used a sphere of his own power to protect himself and Paragus and transport them to another planet. Paragus raised Brolly and eventually had a scientist create a crown capable of restraining and controlling Brolly039s rage and power. Paragus later came up with a plan to get revenge on Vegeta but failed due to Brolly breaking the crown and going berserk. He was killed by Brolly who threw his escape pod into a comet. Paragus also makes a cameo appearance in Movie 12 as a villain in the background behind Freeza after they escape from hell. Wikipedia
