Tapion is a fictional character from Dragon Ball Z Movie 13: Wrath of the Dragon. He acts as the protagonist of this film and is described as a 039Legendary Hero039 from the planet Konats 039Konnatsuu039. This makes his race the 039Konnatsuujin039 Konats Race. He is roughly six feet tall has light purple skin and a mohawk similar style to that of the Supreme Kai of bright red hair. He wields a sword and an ocarina which he says are gifts from god.
