AniList Summer 2016 Update

Josh
This update includes a lot of new features fixes and the start of the new site redesign. New Lists The new lists dont support CSS but do support themes that should be much easier for everyone customize to their liking. No CSS or styling knowledge required just click the new Theme Editor button at the top right of your list and pick the theme colors of your choice. They also support some new features like list section ordering and separating completed by type with more new features coming. If you didnt have any list CSS you would have been atomically switched over to the new lists. If you want to switch between the old legacy lists and the new lists you can do so via Settings Anime Lists Use legacy lists. Nothing will be lost when switching back and forth between the different list types your CSS themes and list entries will all remain the same. These new lists are just the first iteration over time we plan and adding more themes mobile theme support batch updating and greater options and customizations. Big thanks to user adustyspectacle for letting us use his very nice Card Stock theme. If youve created custom CSS for your lists and think it would work great as a theme send me a message. Legacy lists wont be going away any time soon if at all so if you do love CSS feel free to carry on making your own pretty looking lists.
