Duplicate entry in 'anime in progress' section

On the home page Violet Evergarden popped up twice? When I hovered over each of them they both said the progress was 5/13 which is correct. When I first refreshed both were still there. Only after I went on some other pages before returning to the home page one disappeared and things went back to normal. 220https://i.ur.com/wEe1iJL.png
