Hokusai is one of the most famous masters of Japanese prints, author of "The Great Wave of Kanagawa". After living 42 years as Souri Tawaraya, the artist decides to take the name of Hokusai in order to create a new and unique style, but in doing so he becomes a stranger in his own domain. Hokusai will have to struggle to find his place, live and impose the style that amazed Japan and the world
