Tonkawa Over the Moon for you is a very sweet and wholesome romance anime as many of you may know. Nasa a very nerdy kid meets an Isekai Truck but is saved by a... Very Cute his words also mine. Girl with Pink? Red Hair Idk tbh. He is saved by her and he like really likes her so ya know he asks her to be his girlfriend etc etc. they get married Now this OVA obviously takes place after the first season of the anime and damn it is so sweet. It really is an episode based around basically based around the First Night without your loved one which I of course wouldnt know about because Im like 14 but thats beside the point here. They really do do a good at conveying her anxiety around the entire matter. Now are you really here for some great fucking writing? Yes oh ok. Well theres that of course but there is also of course the cute shenanigans between the two and man the blue girl is fucking amazing shes so cute I swear all the characters in these things are all so great and yet you dont even see many of them on screen that much. There is also a scene sequence at the end where we see the blonde girl Chitose I think and we see her and the maids. We also see that the shorthaired maid likes the longhaired naive one. Its cute. Plot: Sooooo The plot the plot is obviously a slice of life one I think dont roast me so there isnt too much other than their daily lives and husbandwife thingies lmao though there is a little bit of backstory and a little bit of spice with the wife. she is a... MOON GODDESSES. So yeah here and there she spits out little bits of moon dus nah Im kidding she does sometimes spit out about the past and talks in a manner that implies she was friends with historical figures which she was most likely and that is cool. Actually it is one of the only things Im disappointed about in this Anime which is that we dont really get any worldbuilding into that side of things and Idk if Im the only one who wants that but yeah. Characters: They are pretty great the main two: Space Station there and his wifey are both pretty great and very nervous with each other. The Blue Haired Sister of the girl whose parents are in charge of the bathhouse is fucking great she has a cool character design great expressions and allaround just pretty great. Now the semiantagonist at the start of the first season is pretty decent obviously shes not a bad person or anything and is no longer the antagonist in this but she starts out kinda annoying and gets better gradually. OP AND MUSIC: TALKING ABOUT THE OP? OH YES WE ARE THE OP IS FUCKING GREAT LIKE ITs JUST AWESOME FUCKING EPIC I REALLY LIKE THE ED ALSO FUCKING COOL. https://www..com/watch?v=vQiodbKEW6s Theme: Well the theme of this one is anxiety over being alone from your partner which I would say is a pretty good representation of that the constant amount of denial that she misses him only for one day and etc. really great. Anyways if youre looking for cute scenarios between a husband and wife with barely any cons this is for you Obviously watch the anime first I actually prefer the OVA slightly over this.
