SPOILERS BEWARE The Date a Live Mayuris Judgement movie can be split into two main parts. Firstly we have all the dates of the currently sealed spirits and then the final battle against Cherubiel. This movie was fun and even though its meant to be a sequel it mostly felt like a side movie as the new character Mayuri disappears by the end of the show. Mayuri was made of spirit energy and born from the emotions of the other spirits so naturally she was bound to disappear when sealed. She disappears only metaphorically because since she was born from the emotions that the girls all have for Shido means she resides within him at all times. 800https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635602177833959439/961978964950261840/unknown.png The dates were nice especially seeing Kaguya and Yuzuru alone on dates with Shido as they have always been together. Turns out Kaguya is actually very vulnerable at her core even if her outbursts say otherwise and her date only made this weakness of hers clear as day in short shes adorable. Likewise for Yuzuru who comes across as emotionless actually had some sweet scenes to her name as well. Her going into the love hotel without knowing about it shows shes innocent and pure at her heart. The Yamai sisters didnt receive that much screentime focused on them so this movie did them nice justice. As for the remaining four girls were already seen plenty of them in the past two seasons and there wasnt anything specific worth mentioning from them. It is nice seeing the cast just enjoying peaceful days from time to time rather than constantly fighting against the spirits that may end the world one day. 800https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635602177833959439/961979266772373584/unknown.png 800https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635602177833959439/961979422485909534/unknown.png Lastly the fight against Cherubiel was pretty wild to be honest. This battle cycled through many OST from the past couple seasons but then suddenly the OP of the first season played as sealed spirits got what it seemed like their full power back for a limited time. The first seasons OP is a song that fits as an OP as well as a battle OST. The fight is flashy but its not anything extraordinary yet since DaL is my guilty pleasure for nostalgia reasons I enjoyed this battle. At its core this movie is pretty generic and doesnt do anything special worth remembering however since I have such a deep connection with DaL whenever I see it or its characters just brings a smile to my face. Even best girl Kurumi makes a brief appearance in the movie and its a vital one as she helps the cast fight Churubiel by stopping time at an important moment. In the end this movie is DaL content and since I enjoy this series I had fun with this movie but its a pretty generic viewing that doesnt anything memorable from it. https://www..com/watch?v=k3MY8sC6mst=123sabchannel=UmekoChanE6A285E5AD90 S1 Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/15742 S2 Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/15781 S3 Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/16219 S4 Reviewhttps://anilist.co/review/17309
