Spoilers obviously but its not like itll really ruin the movie or anything... If you were expecting a romance movie well Ill break the bad news to you... this isnt your typical romance where boy saves girl and they fall in love. They run away and start a life on their own nope this is more of a bittersweet ending. So if youre looking for something more bittersweet give it a watch. I wasnt sure what the direction was going to be at first honestly thought itll be your usual Romeo and Juliet style romance. Personally Im a fan of Romeo and Juliet so I wont have mind lol... but this was still a nice ending despite being kind of sad at the end I felt it was the appropriate ending. Charles fulfilling his mission he wanted to fulfill in a direct way also continuing to love the same person his mother loved and care for too. They both cared about the princess. And in the end instead of taking lives he managed to saved one. Charles finding something more valuable then gold money or riches he found love and life. Though these things are great in their own value theres some things that just are worth more then them. My biggest complaint is I guess the voice acting is kind of just okay. The animation is great for its time. Visual was good. Plot... went fast but cover what it needed to cover so really no complaint about it. Would I recommend it? Its a slow start with some good action sequences. If you have nothing else to watch worth giving it a try. Not a highly recommended watch but its not one that I say skip either. Finding your freedom to be free even if it means you still have to fulfill your duties you still can enjoy the freedom given to you by being true to who you are to the end. Each of them on their own quest and journey to finding the peace they long for in themselves. By finding it in each other and learning to help give the other that peace and freedom that they each longed for. As a bird is free to roam the sky with no worries or care for the world so too does these two long for that. Though they each go their own separate ways the path that they once walked crossed at a point and those moments will forever be a part of them. Where the path from there leads them? We are left without knowing the answer as it is not important for us to know. Just as our own lives we can only live for today not knowing if well have tomorrow. So in the moment choose how you want to live it. The greatest thing we can do is love others and help save life.
