When I started off this season I wasnt expecting too much from the new cast and the things they can do. As a fan of the previous seasons I am not sure how a main character who always feel like sleeping can be more interesting than a bubbly first year who is eager to help anyone in need. But I still continue watching and finally find myself enjoying the anime. There are addition stuff which are very welcome and yeah more fan stuff. In previous season there is few explanation and motive about the aliens in animal form. And for this season the aliens brothers from other planet is competing for the Kings position and in order to do that they have to prove themselves in a planet call Earth. I wouldnt call that logical but at least a clear direction of how this is going to be like. One thing I like about the new season is the transformation of these creatures. Last season wombat did not turn into human form or maybe it could not turn into one. This time round our princes are able to transform into human and back to animal form. And it looks like two more ikemen for display. With the competition both sides are trying to prove whether happiness or law which is more important to rule a country. Of course both answers are correct. But in a show full of magical boys it got to be happiness strict discipline and always our main boys get the win. Sometimes I hope our villains can do something to disrupt them so that we get more food for thought than just laughing away their Are you Happy Yes each time they perform magical tricks. To be honest the number of times this the word Happy appeared in the show is greater than the number of times I ever read and watch from other media. Great stuff. As we drill down the details of their conflict our leader from both faction has the same friendship problem similar to Season 1 while the rest has their own individual pairing as well. The formulae is old but I enjoy and thats good. Speaking of S1 our boys appeared in a short while and its 10 years ago which means one of them is old enough to help chopping the woods. For the monsters some of them are quite interesting and probably tougher than our magical boys. I feel that ignoring the monsters might be more effective to talk sense which probably one of the themes the show is trying to portray other than Happiness. And the last monster of the week has to do with the princes and their royal family good choice. Just that the conclusion of the series could be done better. Anyway I am used to this cast not really fond of their individual personality but as a group their chemistry dont lose out too much from their senpais. And hope to see them again.
