English Sailor Fuku Tokidoki Apron or Schoolgirl Landlord Honoka is a manga written by Toshihiko Kobayashi published by the magazine Manga Box between 2013 and 2015. Decided to read this because I found about it on a reddit thread about Yuri/Shoujo Ai manga that have harem/ecchi elements. In fact ecchi and harem are two of my least favorite tags in both anime and manga it is a question about enjoyment really. So I jumped into this manga with low expectations which kinda were true. The ecchi tropes present on the 44 chapters of this manga sometimes seem forced characters have few development even though the artwork is amazing. With those three characteristics pointed I came to the conclusion this was just an ecchi manga with no character development with an episodic set of chapters. Basically the story centers about Honoka Aono a 17 years old sophomore high school student that moves to a quiet suburban town an apartment her grandfather built. Becoming the landlord of the place. Saying this it starts the episodic ecchi daily life adventures. My opinion about this built up of the story is not good because they simply decided to focus on the ecchi aspects of it with Honoka reporting what happened to her grandfather. Which is simply bland and kinda boring to be honest the comedy aspects that arent connected to the ecchi are funny and such but like I said this manga couldnt save itself from the oversaturation of the ecchi jokes. What I appreciate is the way they softly put the harem factor into the story yet it is nothing of special since theres really no romantic elements on the story if Im being honest. Which comes to the major element of the manga the ecchi I agree that Im biased towards the negative in terms of ecchi content but I like to give it a shot to see if it is tolerable. This one had moments where it was and moments where it wasnt. Yeah it had its tolerable moments but they werent enough compared to the untolerable to be honest. On another point the art kinda helps me get a bit distracted on the non ecchi moments. The backgrounds were well drawn the characters too the art direction of the manga was one of the positive points that I notice while reading the manga. Now for another thing probably the last point of the manga the characters themselves. Theres few character development on the story even on slice of life mangas theres character development this one lacked it. The characters were simply there doing their perverted comedy sketches oh they have a job oh new character oh she has a job too beach chapters party chapter really it is a sad miss here this could have been more expressive on this side of the manga. Exploring more human relationships giving a touch of drama making it more human and natural. In a brief set of words Sailor Fuku Tokidoki Apron will be a pleasent experience if you are a ecchi fan if what you eat for breakfast is ecchi anime/manga. The art is good but the characters lack expansion or development which kinda ruined my experience of the story told here. Decidi ler isto porque encontrei o nome deste manga numa thread do reddit sobre Manga Yuri/Shoujo Ai cujo tem elementos ecchi/harem. Factualmente ecchi e harem so dois dos gneros de manga/anime que gosto menos. Uma questo de gosto sinceramente. Ento agarreime a este manga com as expetativas baixas que acabaram por se tornar verdade. Os elementos ecchi presentes nos 44 captulos deste manga algumas vezes pareciam foradas os personagens tm pouco desenvolvimento mas a arte boa. Com estas trs caractersticas apontadas cheguei concluso que isto seria um manga ecchi sem desenvolvimento de personagem e conjuntos de captulos episdicos. Basicamente a histria centrase volta de Honoka Aono uma rapariga de 17 anos que estuda na secundria que mudase para uma cidade suburbana calma num apartamento que o av construiu. Tornandose na senhoria do lugar. Dito isto comeam as tais aventuras episdicas ecchi da vida diria. A minha opinio acerca da construo da histria no satisfatria simplesmente porque acho que se focaram mais nos elementos ecchi com a Honoka a reportar tudo o que via e presenciava ao av. O que por si se torna aborrecido para vos ser honesto os aspetos cmicos que no esto ligados a ecchi at so engraados mas este manga no se conseguiu salvar da saturao das piadas ecchi. O que aprecio como eles levemente inserem um elemento harem na histria mas mesmo assim no nada de especial pois no existem elementos de romance na histria. Chegamos agora ao maior elemento do manga o ecchi admito que tenho maus resentimenos acerca de contedo ecchi mas eu gosto sempre de experimentar para ver se tolervel. Este teve os seus momentos tolerveis e intolerveis. Sim teve esses momentos tolerveis mas no foram suficientes comparados com os intolerveis. Noutro ponto a arte ajuda um pouco a distrairme durante os momentos no ecchi. Os planos de fundo foram bem desenhados os personagens tambm a direo artstica do manga foi um dos pontos positivos que agarrei durante a leitura do manga. Agora outra coisa provavelmente o ltimo ponto que toco neste manga os prprios personagens. Existe pouco desenvolvimento nelas durante a histria at em mangas slice of life existe algum tipo de desenvolvimento de personagem este manga fezlhe falta. Os personagens simplesmente estavam l a fazer os seus sketches cmicos pervertidos oh elas tm trabalho oh novo personagem que tem um trabalho tambm captulos de praia captulos de festa realmente um chuto no escuro bem triste isto poderia ter sido mais expressivo neste ponto do manga. Explora relaes mais humanas dando um toque de drama fazendoo mais humano e natural. Resumindo Sailor Fuku Tokidoki Apron vai ser uma experincia agradvel se fores um veterano e f de ecchi e se o que comes ao pequeno almoo anime/manga ecchi. A arte boa mas os personagens faltamlhes expanso e desenvolvimento o que contribui para parte de eu no gostar da histria.
