Joukou Tomoyoshi

Tomoyoshi Joukou born in 1984 came to Tokyo Japan in 2003 to study animation in the Faculty of Arts at Tokyo Polytechnic University under the renowned Taku Furukawa continuing on to take the graduate program. After graduating in March of 2009 he began his career as a freelance animator while working as a parttime instructor at his alma mater. He is currently part of the creative unit Decovocal along with Hiroko Ichinose. Website: http://www.decovocal.com
