I have a degree in health science. I love animals, often times, more than people. I don't care what people think of me, as long as they respect me. I love learning about history. I like drawing and at one point I wanted to actually work for Pixar Animation but then I realized drawing is more of a hobby of mine than an actual passion. I'm not a person who gets angry easily and it takes a lot to really make me angry. I do, however get frustrated and annoyed quite easily. I'm an introvert, preferring to be left alone but I will talk to people if I have to or want to. I'm actually more talkative on the internet than I am in real life. I like writing, I even wrote a book and I'm debating on whether I want to publish it. I like video games, especially Sims. I don't like driving. I don't like arguing, both on the internet or in person, I don't like politics, and I don't like people with holier than thou attitudes or people who don't respect the opinions or views of other people. Alright enough about me.
I started watching anime on July 5th 2014 when Viz Media acquired the rights to Sailor Moon and started redistributing it in North America in its uncensored glory. I watched Sailor Moon on Viz's official website and saw the other anime they had on there and started watching those anime and was hooked. I started reading manga on October 28th 2016. I don't read manga nearly as much as I watch anime and I try to read manga that does not have an anime adaption, because I will be less inclined to read a manga if I already watched its anime adaptation. There are a few exceptions to this like with Fairy Tail Zero. The first anime I completed was the original Sailor Moon and the first manga I completed was Fairy Tail Zero. I don't skip fillers in anime the first time I watch an anime. I do skip fillers in subsequent rewatches if I didn't like the filler the first time. I'm a dub and sub watcher and I don't argue about which is better because I don't really care.
Favorite Genres: Action, adventure, comedy, drama, fantasy, horror, josei, magic, music, romance, school, sci-fi/mecha, shoujo, shounen, slice of Life, super powers, thriller
The only anime genre I will absolutely NOT watch in any way, shape, or form is hentai. I will watch the other genres not listed but they aren't favorites. Manga, on the other hand I'm okay with the explicit scenes in them. In real life, I read romance novels (often with very detail sex scenes in them) so reading a manga that has the same isn't much of a big deal to me. So with that being said, feel free to recommend anime and manga to me if you think I should check it out. I'm pretty open minded.
