Grown ass woman, with a college degree spends all her time watching anime and reading one page of manga a night. Plays video games just to get mad at them. They are video games, she says to herself but deep down, it helps none. Babysitting is a pain in the ass. Why the hell was I talking about myself in the 3rd person? Cards anyone?
I started wasting time on glorious Japanese animu on July 5th 2014 when Viz Media acquired the rights to Sailor Moon and started redistributing it in North America in its uncensored glory. I started reading one page of manga on October 28th 2016 and only completed 5 to this day. I don't read manga nearly as much as I watch anime and I try to read manga that does not have an anime adaption, because I will be less inclined to read a manga if I already watched its anime adaptation. The first anime I completed was the original Sailor Moon and the first manga I completed was Fairy Tail Zero. I skip fillers occasionally, not always because they can be a waste of my damn time. I'm a dub and sub watcher and I don't argue about which is better because I don't really care.
Tomoya: That's right! I will kick your ass too, but just once, alright?
Favorite Genres: Action, adventure, comedy, drama, fantasy, horror, josei, magic, music, romance, school, sci-fi/mecha, shoujo, shounen, slice of Life, super powers, thriller
Damn, probably should have listed what genres are NOT favorites.
The only anime genre I will absolutely NOT watch in any way, shape, or form is hentai. I will watch the other genres not listed but they aren't favorites. Manga, on the other hand I'm okay with the explicit scenes in them. In real life, I read romance novels (often with very detail sex scenes in them) so reading a manga that has the same isn't much of a big deal to me. So with that being said, feel free to recommend anime and manga to me if you think I should check it out. I'm pretty open minded.
