These days I almost always pick anime that I preemptively know I will enjoy. Therefore I hope I wont have to deal with actual garbage. Different genres should not be compared that much especially if they end up in the same tier with a close score. I transcended elitism and began to shit on what most critics unanimously agreed to be timeless classics. Chances are I think one of your favorite anime is shit. I use a 100point system for evaluations. My manga list is simply out of date. Quite a lot of my anime list is too. I dont read that many manga anyway.
