Joey is a mechanic who lives and works in Emporium. Ever cheerful hersquos a feisty downtoearth kind of guy. He and Honoka have a close casual friendship though he does seem to get a little jealous when Honokarsquos around other guyshellip. Joey is great with machines and dreams of one day becoming a great Technos as skilled as Zankan.
