Tsuyoshi Maki

Maki is in charge of leading the section nine the brain scanner group which can retrieve up to five years worth of memories from peoples minds and therefore solves the mysteries behind their murders. Hes admired by Aoki for being nonchalant and serious with his work. Maki favors Aoki most as a newcomer to section nine. He looks rather young and feminine which amazes Aoki time to time. Maki is said to have shot his best friend years ago and people also believe that its the reason why hes not smiling at all.
