Satsuki Shindou

Shindou is the baker of Caf Bonheur. He often has a displeased look on his face and loses his temper easily but he soon shows that hes actually very kind deep inside. He rarely smiles and is quick to hit Uru or Ichirou when theyre being silly acting like a force of reason among all the madness. He was abandoned by his mother when he was a child and was raised by the cafes manager. He admires him a lot and wants to be like him thats why he enjoys making cakes. Hes very talented at it and is always worried about providing a good service for his customers. Shindou is also really smart he graduated from high school when he was 15. Hes extremely serious and responsible and is always taking care of Uru.
