Giniro Hashiba

A 14yearold genius ESPer and the object of Kisakis affection. Hes also a second year junior high school student. He has an obsession with Kisakis Ecups. His ESPer identity is Fortune Quartz. When his ESP powers first appeared at age 5 they were so strong that they blew up his home and family. His father and older sister died and his mother has been in a coma for 9 years. Due to those events he now lives at PSI headquarters and claims he has a debt to Hakase. He claims that Maron and Meroko from Tanemuras Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Full Moon respectively are the idols of his heart.
