Youko Katsuragi

She is the 17yearold that plays the part of Sister Blue Rayer Scarlet Church in the Cosprayers show. She is quite the opposite of her rival Natsumi which she is confident of her acting skills. Though what looks like that she has feelings for Naoto shes actually a seductress and an opportunist who would not hesitate to tease Naoto in giving her more prominent roles as possible.
