Sigma

Sigma is a member of the terrorist organization Decay of Angels and owner of the Sky Casino. His ability is unknown but stated by Fyodor to be the weakest of the Angels. It may be more supportoriented than combatoriented because of this. He is shown to be very kind to his customers and to have a sense of pride and ownership over his casino.
