In Fate/Extra CCC Kiara serves as a participant in the Holy Grail War contracted to Hans Andersen as her Servant. She is also responsible for the release of BB and the subsequent events. Inheritor of the Shingon Tachikawa Eiten School she ended up as a wanted criminal after her cult members invariably committed suicide after her influence.Still Kiara continues to seek the salvation of humanity.
In Fate/Grand Order Kiara was saved from her cult at the age of fourteen by a wandering doctor and eventually grew to work in the field of medicine thus avoiding her fate from Fate/Extra CCC. Although still facing widespread criticism due to her work she never strayed from the path of helping humanity until she arrived at the oil rig of Seraphix.
