Tsurubishi Makabe

The owner and head chef of Makabes Western Bistro. He has a nonchalant apathetic attitude and doesnt care enough to deal with details. Despite his apparent lack of motivation everyone knows that he wont put up with disobedience. He ends up hiring an unwilling Nagumo when Tatewaku tells him she offered to work for the restaurant.
