Toshizou Hijikata

Hijikata Toshizou the vicecommander of the Shinsengumi a public order organization that was mostly active in the Kyoto of the Edo periods closing days. Widely imposing absolute order within the company he was feared as the merciless vicecommander by the soldiers who were all master swordsmen. A rare type of Berserker who displays both the savagery of an evil spirit and the rational aspects of a tactician in battle.
