Bern Bunnings

Sh Zama039s former commander. Throughout most of the series he serves Sh039s main rival. Commands extreme respect from his underlings and grudging respect from his superiors. Burne oversees Drake039s armies for a better part of the war. During the later half of the series however he is defeated by Sh and left for dead. He then returns to Drake039s army under the moniker of Black Knight. He is for a time engaged to Rimul even though she does not hold mutual feelings for him.
