Gyaro

First Appearance: Chapter 197 Gyaro is a member of the Macro Fishman Pirates. He is a pop eyed goldfish Fishman. He is a swordsman reportedly using a style called goldfish fencing. Like many characters in One Piece he has a distinct laugh: eheheh. He was taken out with one punch along with Macro and Tansui by the newly freed Hachi.
